Biscuit has never once let me near his mouth with a brush. The pen takes about fifteen seconds a side and he thinks it's a treat. Three weeks in and the brown staining at his gum line has visibly lifted. His breath stopped clearing the room, too.

Cheaper than another dental cleaning
Our vet quoted a small fortune for a scaling. We started the gel three times a week instead and at her last checkup the vet actually asked what we'd changed. Not a miracle cure, but it's clearly doing something.

Finally something Otis tolerates
We tried finger brushes and dental wipes. Both ended in a wrestling match. The pen tip is soft and I can get it in and out before he's even annoyed. Two pens has been the right amount for us.

Works, but give it time
Breath improved in under a week. The staining took closer to a month before I could really see a difference in photos. Worth it, just don't expect overnight. Ordered the 3 pack the second time.

She licks it off and I don't panic
That was my whole worry, she licks everything. Reading the ingredient list settled it. No foaming agents, nothing harsh, and she treats the whole thing like a snack.

Kissing the dog again
His breath was genuinely bad. Six days of the gel and it went from awful to neutral, and by week three it's basically pleasant. My partner noticed before I said anything.

Easiest part of our routine now
Sunday, Wednesday, Friday after dinner. Takes less time than clipping her nails and there's no fighting. The pen clicks out just the right amount of gel so nothing gets wasted.

Good product, one pen isn't enough
Big dog, big mouth. A single pen lasted me about five weeks with three applications a week. If you have a large breed just get the 3 pack up front, the per pen price is a lot better.

Worked on my cat too
Bought it for the beagle, ended up using it on our cat as well. She's less thrilled than the dog but tolerates a quick pass along the outer teeth, and the yellow film has faded.

Two dogs, 3 pack is the move
Ordered a single pen first, which was a mistake with two large dogs. The 3 pack covers both of them for a couple of months. Shipping took four days.

Senior dog who can't be sedated
Poppy's heart means anesthesia is off the table, so a professional cleaning isn't an option for us. This is the only thing keeping her teeth manageable and she doesn't mind it at all.

No brushing really does mean no brushing
I was skeptical that just wiping gel on would matter without scrubbing. The tartar near his back molars is softer and some of it has flaked off on its own. Front teeth look noticeably cleaner.

No more turning my head away

The red irritated edge above his back teeth calmed down after about a month. He also stopped chewing on one side only, which was the thing that worried me most.

Slow but steady on an older dog
Ten years of buildup does not disappear in a week. Six weeks in the front teeth are clearly lighter and the back ones are getting there. I keep going.

Lift the lip, click, swipe, done. He gets a treat right after so now he sits in front of the drawer when he hears the cap.

Great for a dog who hates hands in his mouth
Anything that felt like restraint used to set him off. The pen is small enough that he barely registers it. Huge difference in stress for both of us.

Small dog teeth are the worst and this helps
Tiny crowded teeth trap everything. The soft tip actually reaches between them, which a brush never did for us.

She would panic at anything near her face when we adopted her. We built up slowly and now she lets me do a full pass. The gel being tasty is a big part of why.
